Office Management Clerks
This job is extremely versatile and is needed in almost every industry. As a clerk in office management at RTS Wind AG, you organize all sorts of things in the company, especially in the exciting field of wind energy.
You choose a focus area such as human resources, purchasing & logistics or marketing and become an important part of the company.
Typical tasks include: working on the phone and computer, managing data, preparing payroll, planning business trips, bookkeeping, purchasing and invoicing. You also have direct contact with customers and employees.
If you are looking for a varied job that offers you many opportunities, then this is exactly the right thing for you!
Human Resources Specialists
This job is still quite new and in great demand. Graduates are often called “recruiters” or “HR managers”. The focus is on finding new employees, which is particularly important now due to the shortage of skilled workers. This job has a lot of future potential, especially in wind energy.
What you do: Look for candidates with the right qualifications, set requirements for applicants, review applications, conduct interviews and hire people. You also plan assignments, look after customers and ensure that the right people get the right job.
This job requires strong communication skills, organizational talent and a good hand in dealing with people and teamwork.
So if you like working with people and are good at organizing, this is the perfect job for you!
Specialist Warehouse Clerks
You ensure that all materials and tools are always ready. You put everything together, maintain it and send it to the teams while tracking deliveries digitally. Our teams have to be equipped quickly and safely, which requires organizational talent and concentration.
Safety in the wind farms, often at a height of over 100 meters, is a top priority. The job is varied, as you work both in the office and physically.
If you are interested in the commercial area, you can extend your training and become a “warehouse logistics specialist”. Ideal if you like organizing and working practically!
