QHSE

Quality, Health, Safety and Enviroment

We go the extra mile

Our commitment to health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) is not just a principle – it is in everything we do. It guides us in our projects, services and daily interactions, ensuring that care and responsibility are always at the forefront.

No matter what we tackle, our commitment to HSEQ remains constant and ensures that we make a positive and sustainable contribution to the energy transition. This commitment motivates us to constantly improve, break new ground and respond flexibly to change.

Quality means that we have the right organizational structure, clear guidelines, effective procedures, well-defined processes and the necessary resources to successfully implement our quality management in our daily work. This is an ongoing process.

For us, health means developing jointly organized measures and procedures to identify hazards in the workplace and protect ourselves from harmful situations and substances. The health of our employees is our top priority.

Safety is our top priority. It means that we train our staff in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness and the use of protective clothing and equipment and provide them with everything they need.

For us, environmental protection means working together to develop systematic approaches to comply with environmental regulations. This includes the management of waste and air emissions as well as measures to reduce the CO2 footprint at our sites.

Our RTS Wind Bees

We have had two bee colonies at our headquarters in Bremen for three years. They enrich the biodiversity of the district in the long term and produce around 25 kilograms of honey every year, which we give to our employees, customers and network partners in jars.

Our bee project is emblematic of the many smaller and larger steps we take in our day-to-day work to act as environmentally friendly as possible and to constantly improve.

Anyone visiting our office in Bremen’s Überseestadt district is welcome to drop in on our bees, just ask at reception.
